MWU's Health Initiative 2010

Today, the employees on the Downers Grove Campus that participated in a Health Assessment Campaign were treated to a healthy breakfast in the now under-construction Student Dining Room of The Commons.

Breakfast was a nice treat, but as each employee walked in, we were handed a raffle ticket and special gift. Raffle tickets were entered in a drawing for a Wii Fit console system and iPods. As our President & CEO, Dr. Goeppinger welcomed the crowd, she talked about how involved our campuses have been in participating in the Weight Watchers At-Work and Virgin Health Miles Program (a program that tracks steps and activities).

We at Midwestern University are taking our health serious. And we have the quantative data to show for it.
