In the 1920s, the Chicago College of Osteopathy (our founding college, now CCOM) had a swimming club. They practiced in the nude. No, we aren't going to post the photos.
Before we bought the land for our campus in Glendale in 1994, it was a lemon orchard and a dump site for old refrigerators and tires. In fact, the entire block on both sides of 59th Avenue was filled with lemon orchards. We still own and maintain the orchard across the street at Utopia, and MWU students, faculty, and staff are welcome to pick the lemons.
