Ordering Materials (ILLiad)

Need to get a copy of an article? Use the ILLiad system. It is fast and convenient for electronic delivery of an article or book chapter. Use the ILLiad system to also request books that can be mailed to your nearest campus library.

All requests for documents or interlibrary loans must be submitted via the online ILLiad request system. Requests are not accepted via fax, phone, or email. Journal articles and book chapters are delivered electronically.

Cost

For items available within the MWU libraries FREE
For items borrowed from a non-MWU library
- students are invoiced monthly @$3.00
- faculty departments are invoiced monthly @$3.00
- lost or damaged items--borrower pays fees determined by lending library

Delivery Speed

Journal articles: 4-7 days
Books: 2-3 weeks

Renewals

Request a renewal from within your ILLiad account at least 3 days before due date. The lending library may or may not give permission for renewals.
