Classes started on Monday, August 10th for 487 new MWU students, including 254 in the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine (AZCOM) and 33 in the Arizona Podiatric Medicine Program (AZPod) on the Glendale Campus, and 200 students in the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (CCOM) on the Downers Grove Campus. Last Saturday evening, MWU held its annual Bright Lights, Shining Stars Gala at our Glendale Campus. More than 500 guests attended to celebrate the community and our commitment to service. Arizona Cardinals President Michael Bidwill was honored with the COMET Award, Kristin Parrack received the Shooting Star, and nine MWU students earned Spirit of Service Scholarships.
