No exceptions will be made to these refund dates.

MWU will not be held responsible for any fees or charges that result from checks written when you had insufficient funds in your account or late charges from past-due bills.

Direct deposit is highly recommended. Students using direct deposit will receive their monies one business day earlier than dates shown below. Verify with your bank that the deposit has cleared before writing any personal checks. To sign up for direct deposit, stop by or contact the Accounts Receivable Office.

Manual refund checks will be mailed on the dates shown below to the current student address on file with the Registrar's Office. Students cannot pick up their refund check in the Accounts Receivable Office.
