In a cohort of 15 to 18 students designed for those who aspire to a career as an academic administrator or teacher, you will benefit from the Costin Institute Certification Program if you are in one of these groups:

Format
- Four weekend sessions, 18 contact hours per session, with pre and post-session work
- Meets three times per year on Midwestern University's Illinois campus in Downers Grove
- Meets once per year on Midwestern University's Arizona campus in Glendale

Attendance at all sessions in mandatory.

Tuition
For the 2009-2010 session, the tuition will be $4250. Participants also have an option of securing graduate credit for an additional charge (approximately $225 per credit hour, up to 9 credit hours). Exercising this option must be done by the end of the program.
Application for Admission
Download the Costin Institute Application [Word]. Provide all information requested, include a copy of your Curriculum Vita and two letters of recommendation. The letters of recommendation must be submitted by professional colleagues. Hand-written applications will not be accepted.
