Dr. Multack is the Chair and director of residency training of the Ophthalmology Department at MWU/CCOM. Dr. Multack is a graduate of the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has worked in academic administration for 19 years. He is also a practicing clinician at the Midwest Physicians Group in Olympia Fields.
