The Hematology Oncology Fellowship of Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine is an AOA approved three year combined subspecialty training program which provides fellows with:

Program Content

Fellows complete a minimum of 30 months of training in clinical hematology and oncology, rotating with several busy hematologists and oncologists on staff at the base institutions. Approximately 50% of consultations for the inpatient service are for oncologic cases and the remainder are for hematologic issues.

The Fellows receive a comprehensive structured cognitive, technical and procedural clinical education in both inpatient and outpatient settings that will enable them to become competent, proficient and professional osteopathic hematologists/oncologists.
