MWU will not be held responsible for any fees or charges that result from checks written when you had insufficient funds in your account or late charges from past-due bills.
Direct deposit, per policy, is mandatory. Students using direct deposit will receive their monies on the dates shown below. Verify with your bank that the deposit has cleared before writing any personal checks. To sign up for direct deposit; log on to your student portal, select the financial services tab, then select the Direct Deposit link that's under the heading: Student Account Info.
Manual refund checks will be mailed on the dates shown below to the current student address on file with the Registrar's Office. Students cannot pick up their refund check in the Student Accounts Office.
Please note: Loan disbursement and refund dates are subject to change without notice during periods of non-attendance.
