Graduates
from our 2007 MWU-Glendale physician assistant program are an outstanding
success: 99 percent passed the national certification exam the first
time, surpassing the national average, and their mean score places
them among the top 6 programs in the country. They are also currently
employed at an average salary of $78,000.
Our rigorous program provides what you need to succeed. You are
immersed in basic and clinical sciences, you are encouraged to participate
in community service initiatives, and you will benefit from 15 months
of clinical rotations in specialties such as emergency medicine,
psychiatry, primary care, surgery, pediatrics, and women's health.
At MWU–Glendale, you will choose between four different master’s
tracks that will prepare you in clinical medicine, bioethics, education,
or research. Each master’s track provides a different focus
for your needs and the faculty focus on giving you the opportunity
to stand out among your peers as you prepare to enter the workforce.
