As the new Chair, I welcome you to the 65th Anniversary of the Annual Ward E. Perrin, D.O. Clinical Refresher Course. The courses, designed to enhance clinical performance and continuing in Dr. Perrin's tradition, offer the latest updates in medical knowledge and applied workshops in osteopathic practice, all delivered by expert faculty of CCOM and distinguished guest speakers. In honor of the 65th year and looking to the future, the course offers system based case studies, choice of case based OMM track or a hospital procedure techniques track, Practice Management session, pharmacy updates and Elder Care sessions. We look forward to welcoming you to this exciting and enriching course.
This program was designed for Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Hospitalists, P.A.'s and other D.O. physicians seeking category 1-A AOA approved continuing medical education credit.
It is the policy of the CCOM CME program to ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor in all its educational programs. Individual activities are developed independently of educational grant support. In accordance with the standards of the AOA, commercial support of this meeting has had no influence over topics or speakers. Faculty disclosures and references to unlabeled or unapproved uses of drugs or devices will be available in the course syllabus and verbally announced during faculty introductions.
PAs may submit hours for a maximum of 22 credits. MWU/CHS PA alumni are invited to participate in all or any of the CME Program to meet with former classmates while continuing your education.
Registration will be available at the McDonald's Campus on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012 from 8:00 am through 1:00 pm and Friday and Saturday, Nov. 2-3, 2012, beginning at 7:15 am.

The Thursday, November 1, 2012 sessions from 8:00 am to 1:10 pm will be at the McDonald's Campus , 2715 Jorie Boulevard, Oak Brook, IL (H.U. security ph. 630-623-7845) and from 1:40 pm to 5:10 pm at the Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, 555 31st Street, Downers Grove, IL (operator 630-969-4400). Friday and Saturday, November 2 and 3, 2012 will be held at the McDonald's Campus.
A block of rooms has been reserved at The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus, 2815 Jorie Boulevard, Oak Brook, IL 60523 at a special rate of $ $125 single or double occupancy, $150 Triple occupancy, or $175 for Quadruple occupancy until 5:00 pm on October 10, 2012. After this date, or after the block fills, any reservations made will be based on room availability and subject to a higher rate. Guest rooms will not be booked by CCOM.
