- Four weekend sessions, 18 contact hours per session, with pre- and post-session work

- Meets once per year on Midwestern University's Arizona campus in Glendale

Tuition
For the 2011-2012 session, the tuition will be $4500. Participants also have an option of securing graduate credit for an additional charge (approximately $300 per credit hour, up to 9 credit hours). Exercising this option must be done by the end of the program.

Application for Admission
Download the Costin Institute Application. Provide all information requested, include a copy of your Curriculum Vita and two letters of recommendation. The letters of recommendation must be submitted by professional colleagues. Hand-written applications will not be accepted.
