Thank you for your interest in the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Training Program at Midwestern University's Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. The MWU-CCOM Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program is fully accredited by the AOA and the ACOI as a twelve-month training program leading to AOBIM eligibility in Interventional Cardiology upon successful completion of the program.

The Section of Cardiology and the Department of Internal Medicine educates osteopathic interventional cardiology fellows to provide the highest quality compassionate care, promotes the practice of osteopathic interventional cardiology, and encourages lifelong learning, research, and service.

• Copy of Graduate diploma
• Copy of AOA/AOA-approved residency certificate
• Verification of cardiology fellowship upon completion
