Financial Aid: Policies

The Office of Student Financial Services provides students with information about federal, state, and private sources of financial assistance; helps students coordinate the financial aid application and renewal processes; and assists students in making informed decisions about the financing of their education. The Office of Student Financial Services is also responsible for the billing and collection of all tuition, fees and institutional housing owed for each quarter.

The Office of Student Financial Services is located on the lower level of the Haspel-Hambrick Hall at the Downers Grove Campus and in the Barrel III Student Services Building on the Glendale Campus. The office hours for both campuses are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The Office of Student Financial Services has an open door policy regarding student contact. Students are usually seen on a first-come, first-served basis (walk-in). However, appointments can be arranged by calling the main office phone number at (630)515-6101 for the Downers Grove campus and (623)572-3321 for the Glendale campus.
