A second-year student at Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (CCOM) will serve as a student representative to the American Osteopathic Foundation Board. Robert E. Kappler, CCOM 1958, passed away on October 18, 2017. Dr. Kappler devoted 55 years to mentoring the next generation of osteopathic physicians as a professor and the Chair of the Department of Osteopathic Medicine at CCOM.
