The 2022 Virtual Health Sciences Career Month was held online throughout the month of April. Designed by the University’s healthcare professionals, this virtual event offers recorded, hands-on, follow-along activities, live Q & A sessions, and other virtual presentations providing high school science classes with an introduction to specific healthcare careers.

This year, over 50 Arizona high school classes and nearly 40 Illinois schools participated in this event, which totaled to nearly 3,000 Arizona and Illinois students learning about the possibilities of a career in healthcare. They also had the opportunity to do live Q & A sessions with Midwestern University healthcare students to learn how to prepare for college, and how to plan for health professional programs.
