About
Dr. Jill Borchert is Professor and Vice Chair of Teaching and Learning in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in Downers Grove, IL. She received her PharmD at the University of Michigan and completed residency training at the University of California, San Francisco. With over 20 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care, Dr. Borchert teaches skills-based courses, precepts students for teaching rotations and serves on the curriculum committee. She serves as an editor for Schwinghammer’s Pharmacotherapy Casebook and is completing her term as the Immediate-Past Chair of the AACP Pharmacy Practice Section. Her research interests include osteoporosis, student stress and burnout and finding ways to better support our students.
