Stacy L. Haber, Pharm.D., is a Professor at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy-Glendale. She received a B.S. in pharmacy from West Virginia University and a Pharm.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina. She also completed a pharmacy practice residency and a drug information residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. She has served as an educator of pharmacy students and residents in Arizona for over 20 years. Her interests include evidence-based health care, formulary management, drug safety, and teaching and learning strategies. She is active in the Arizona Pharmacy Association, the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) and is currently participating in AACP's Academic Leadership Fellows Program. She has given presentations on drug information topics locally and nationally and has authored numerous publications in her field.
