The Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) II Grant at Midwestern University is now available for qualifying students. The main criteria for the grant is to prioritize grants to students with exceptional financial need. All student grant applications will be assessed for need and awarded based on student need. At this time, undocumented, DACA, and international students are not eligible.
Award amounts will be based on student need as determined by the Student Financial Services Office.
Applicants will be contacted seven to ten days after submitting their application.
As the grant draws on a limited pool of funds, Midwestern cannot guarantee the availability of funds for assistance.
Students can apply through their Student Portal. Click on the image below to redirect to the Student Portal.
Once inside the application select your grant fund usage under section 1, 2 or both. Certify your application and click “Submit”. You will hear from our office within 7 to 10 business days.
