Habitats and Habits: Venomous Creatures of the Desert
Presented by Michael Quinlan, Ph.D., Associate Professor and Chair, Physiology
Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine

Arizona supports an incredibly complex ecosystem for desert wildlife, with spiders,
scorpions, and snakes ranking as some of the more well-known species in the
state. Dive into the inner lives of these curious - and venomous - creatures, as
Dr. Quinlan describes how they thrive in this hot and dry climate.
