Managing Arthritis in Your Pet
Presented by Stephanie Shaver, D.V.M., DACVS-SA, Assistant Professor, Small Animal Surgery, Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine

As pets get older, they may chase a ball less enthusiastically or move slower around the house. Arthritis, however, is a more serious symptom of pet aging. Dr. Shaver will explain how to tell if your pet is in pain, and how alternative and complementary medicine can help manage arthritic pain in your pet. She will also discuss surgical and medical options to treat orthopedic disease.
