Psychological Services: How to Choose Your Care
Presented by Ruchi Bhargava, Ph.D., Director of Clinical Training, and Associate Professor, Clinical Psychology Program, Midwestern University College of Health Sciences

Mental health is a topic of increasing focus in our society as more people are being diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and other emotional issues. Professional help is available - but who is the right health professional to speak to about what you are going through? Join Dr. Bhargava as she explains the difference between clinical psychology and psychiatry and which is most appropriate in common mental health scenarios. She will also help discount the stigma against seeking professional mental healthcare, and cover varying forms of therapy and services available both at Midwestern University's Multispecialty Clinic and in Maricopa County.
