Presented by Matthew Roe, O.D., FAAO, Assistant Professor, Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry

Whether you play sports for fun or you play to win, your vision is a critical component to your success, from hand-eye coordination to reaction times to peripheral awareness. Join Dr. Roe as he explains the visual demands of playing any kind of sport, from softball to soccer; how glasses, contacts, or sports vision performance training can improve your athletic performance; and why regular eye exams are crucial to competing at your best.
