IL: Midwestern University Congratulates Alumnus on Institute of Medicine Fellowship

Midwestern University congratulates Creagh E. Milford, D.O., M.P.H., for being selected as the recipient of the Institute of Medicine's first-ever Anniversary Fellowship in Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Milford is a 2008 graduate of Midwestern University's Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.

The Institute of Medicine's Anniversary Fellows Program was created to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Institute's founding. Awarded for a two-year period, the fellowship enables talented, early-career health policy or health science scholars to participate in the work of the Institute of Medicine and advance their careers as future leaders in the field through hands-on experience. Dr. Milford will receive a research stipend of $25,000 and have an opportunity to contribute to the development of national health policies.

Currently, Dr. Milford is a staff physician practicing internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. He also serves as an Associate Medical Director for Population Health Management at Partners HealthCare, and works as an Assistant Medical Director at the Massachusetts General Physician Organization.
