The CCOM Family Medicine/Family Practice Residency Program at Midwestern University
The Mission of the Department of Family Medicine, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, is to promote excellence in osteopathic family practice through the advancement of academic scholarship, with a focus on the delivery of medical care.

Residents rotate in the hospital and clinical facilities of St. James Hospitals and Health Centers/Olympia Fields campus and in the offices, a network of ambulatory outpatient clinics, as well as in private offices of family physicians and specialists. OB/GYN rotations are done at outpatient clinics in the Access Community Health Network/Access LaVillita, a federally qualified community health center in Chicago. Surgery rotations are also available at Concentra/Addison Medical Clinic, an industrial medicine/occupational medicine clinic in west suburban Addison.
Weekly: Thursday morning Journal Clubs
Daily: morning and noontime lectures

All residents teach in the Midwestern University/CCOM Predoctoral program
