Brooke Griffin, Pharm.D.

Brooke Griffin, PharmD, BCACP is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Vice Chair of Clinical Services at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy, Downers Grove. Her current practice site is with Sinai Medical Group in Chicago where she provides medication therapy management services to an underserved community. With over 20 years of experience in various ambulatory care clinics, she has worked on several multidisciplinary teams and precepted hundreds of students and residents. At the college she serves as a coach and mentor to several faculty and teaches part of the women’s health

Christine Schumacher, Pharm.D., BCPS, BCACP

Dr. Schumacher is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Director of the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency Program at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy, Downers Grove Campus and a Clinical Pharmacist at Advocate Medical Group Southeast Center in Chicago, Illinois.  She currently works in a primary care clinic to provide comprehensive medication management for a variety of internal medicine disease states, including but not limited to, heart failure, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and asthma.  After receiving her Bachelor of Science

Jill Borchert, Pharm.D., BCPS, FCCP

Dr. Jill Borchert is Professor and Vice Chair of Teaching and Learning in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in Downers Grove, IL. She received her PharmD at the University of Michigan and completed residency training at the University of California, San Francisco. With over 20 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care, Dr. Borchert teaches skills-based courses, precepts students for teaching rotations and serves on the curriculum committee. She serves as an editor for Schwinghammer’s Pharmacotherapy Casebook and is completing her term
