Pharmacist Month

Please join the College of Pharmacy – Glendale and all pharmacy professionals in celebrating National Pharmacists Month during the month of October. The College has planned several events and informational sessions to highlight the role of the pharmacist in the healthcare team. Many of the displays and events will be held in the cafeteria or involve special guest speakers. All are welcomed to the events and guest speaker sessions. Andrew C. Yorgason, D.O.

Dr. Yorgason enjoys balancing his part-time appointment as clinical assistant professor with professional consulting and direct clinical work through Milchad Occupational Medicine Consulting, LLC. He has been teaching at the Glendale, Arizona campus since 2012 as an adjunct, and came on as a regular part-time faculty member in 2016. He has taught in the Master of Arts in Biomedical Science, Master of Biomedical Sciences, Dental Medicine, Podiatric Medicine, Master of Public Health, and Osteopathic Medicine programs. He is engaged in the national and international occupational medicine

Andrew H Lee, Ph.D.

Dr. Lee received his Ph.D. in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2007. He began his postgraduate career as a Postdoctoral Fellow teaching and doing research at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 2010, he joined Midwestern University, Glendale as an Assistant Professor of Anatomy. He was promoted to Associate Professor with Tenure in 2015.

Alice S Chapman, D.V.M., M.P.H., DACVPM

Dr. Alice S. Chapman is the Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) Program Director, and an Assistant Professor of Public Health and Epidemiology at Midwestern University. She leads the development and delivery of an online M.P.H. degree program in Global One Health at Midwestern University’s Glendale, AZ and Downers Grove, IL campuses. She earned a D.V.M. from North Carolina State University, an M.P.H. from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, and is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine. Dr. Chapman completed a 2-year field epidemiology

Kathleen Muldoon, Ph.D.

Dr. Muldoon received her PhD in anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis. She currently holds the position of Associate Professor of Anatomy at Midwestern University, Glendale, AZ, where she teaches anatomy and embryology to medical and allied health students. Dr. Muldoon maintains several distinct areas of scholarly research. She is an anthropologist involved in several projects that investigate lemur ecology, evolution, and extinction in Madagascar. Her research interests include understanding the biogeographic evolution of mammal communities in Madagascar

Felicia Trembath, Ph.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Felicia E. Trembath is an Assistant Professor in the Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) Program at Midwestern University. She earned both an M.P.H. and a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from Purdue University. She leads the creation of the epidemiology courses and aids in the delivery of the M.P.H. degree program in Global One Health at Midwestern University’s Glendale, AZ and Downers Grove, IL campuses. Dr. Mariah K. Zeigler is an Assistant Professor in the Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) Program. She is the course director for the Climate Change, Ecosystem Stability, and Public Health Course and Co-Directs the Environmental and Occupational Health course.  Dr. Zeigler aids in delivery of the M.P.H. degree program in Global One Health at Midwestern University’s Glendale, AZ and Downers Grove, IL campuses.
