Our Caring Community

Our Caring Community at Midwestern University gives back to help our community thrive through service, healthcare education, and special events.

CCOM students volunteering in the community

Community means a great deal to Midwestern University and its faculty, staff, students, and alumni. From the first moments of our affiliation with this University, we know that we are members of a greater whole – not just on campus, but also in the towns, cities, states, and nations where we will eventually practice. We are taught before any didactic or experiential learning that one of our most cherished foundational principles is caring for our community.

We encourage you to explore some of the examples below of how we in the Midwestern University community have reached out and involved ourselves in the communities around us. We hope you find our stories as rewarding to hear as they were to live.
