Join us for Walk with a Doc at MWU! An hour of free, fun community walks led by healthcare experts and providers.
Step into Friday Fun!
We’re hosting monthly community walks on the Midwestern University Campus! Each walk kicks off with a quick 5-10 minute talk on fall prevention by our faculty and students (“future docs”), followed by a group walk where you can discuss health topics and enjoy the beautiful campus. Open to all—bring friends, family, or come solo!
Let’s take a step toward better health—together.

Time: Walks are from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Ramada (located next to the Interfaith Chapel), 19555 North 59th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308
Walk includes:
- A short talk by an MWU provider
- A relaxed, all-levels community walk
- Fall prevention tips and health insights
- Raffles, water, and snacks
Walk With a Doc events are free and no registration is required - simply mention “Walk With a Doc at the Ramada” when arriving on campus.
