Diversity Equity & Inclusion
At Midwestern University, diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to our academic life, campus community, and clinical practice. We value and celebrate the diverse backgrounds of each of our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and patients. We strongly believe that a diverse and welcoming campus leads to innovation, creativity, collaboration, and understanding - values that are foundation aspects of healthcare education and patient care delivery. Diversity enriches the educational and employment experience for everyone and is a necessary part of excellence. We embrace open access to education and opportunity for everyone, and we are unequivocal in our support of underrepresented and historically marginalized groups. We also recognize that there is more work to be done. To ensure these ideals are upheld, we have established the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and have committed additional resources to further develop a fully inclusive community.

Two Great Campuses. Unlimited Possibilities.
We are here to help you succeed. Every step of the way. At Midwestern University, you’ll benefit from hands-on training, expert faculty mentors, and patient-focused programs. No matter which campus you choose, we are ready to help you realize your dream of being a healthcare professional.
