Medications are meant to help us feel better, but when multiple prescriptions are involved, it can sometimes create unexpected challenges. Join us for practical tips on medication safety, balance, fall risk, and overall well being. You’ll learn why regularly reviewing your medications matters, how certain combinations can affect your stability, and simple tools to help you stay consistent with your medications.
