Dental Medicine

The American Dental Education Association (ADEA) has developed the following Educational Debt Management Materials for Dental Medicine school graduates:

The AAMC/ADEA Dental Loan Organizer and Calculator (DLOC) is offered through a partnership between the AAMC and ADEA. It's free to currently enrolled dental students, graduates and residents.

Additional Loan Repayment Resources

We have partnered with Paul Garrard, Founder and President of PGPresents, an independent student loan consulting company, to provide loan repayment services to graduates. Mr. Garrard is a thirty-year veteran of higher education and student financial aid and is considered by many to be the number one educational debt management expert in the nation, especially when it comes to helping health professions graduates manage their student loans.  He works with thousands of health professions graduates helping them choose repayment strategies to meet their career, personal and financial goals. The services are offered at no additional charge to all Midwestern University Class of 2022 graduates.

Debt Management Listserv (DML)

  • Private, anonymous, group email correspondence on student loans run by PGPresents
  • Separate DMLs for Dental Medicine, Osteopthic Medicine, Podiatric Medicine, Veterinary Medicine and all other MWU degree programs combined
  • Class of 2022 graduates automatically subscribed with Midwestern email address, but can opt out should they choose to do so
  • DML starts May 16, 2022 and runs through December 31, 2022

Toll Free Access to PGPresents

  • Direct, toll-free access to PGPresents for help with general questions about repayment at 877-201-6162
  • This service runs concurrently with the DML access (starting May 16, 2022 and running through December 31, 2022)

  • A series of video modules desgined to assist graduating students with common terms and policies regarding federal student loans
  • Below are some sample video modules from the 2022 series; the full collection is available to all students during their graduating years
